Description
Brut classic method sparkling wine from the Loire, 12.5% ABV, produced by Langlois-Chateau. Blend: 61% Chenin Blanc, 18% Cabernet Franc, 15% Chardonnay, 6% Grolleau. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Crémant de Loire that celebrates the tradition of the Langlois-Chateau house, founded in 1912. Aged for a minimum of 4 years on the lees. Straw yellow. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by vanilla notes that recall the long aging on the lees. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and long, with a pleasant persistence.
