Crémant de Loire Brut, a classic method brut sparkling wine, produced by LaCheteau in the Loire Valley, France. Blend: 70% Chenin Blanc, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Chardonnay, 12% ABV. Aged for at least 18 months on the lees. A Crémant with aromas of lemon, mandarin, and exotic fruit. On the palate, it has a direct and lively attack, well-structured, and persistent effervescence.
