Description
Extra Brut Champagne, 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. Produced by Jean Velut. 0.75 L bottle, 2013 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs Vintage that celebrates the excellence of Champagne, a wine born from a family's passion for viticulture passed down through time. Fine and persistent perlage. Rich and generous, mineral, with an aromatic profile that then moves towards notes of fruit – including dried – and hints of yeast and bread crust. Straw yellow with golden highlights. Distinctive citrus flavor, savory and fresh. Excellent persistence on the finish.
