Description
Still white wine from Calabria IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Ippolito 1845. 100% Pecorello, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the history of a winery founded in 1845, the oldest in Calabria, which has always been dedicated to promoting native grape varieties. Hand-picked in early September. Vinification with cold static decantation, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel until the end of January. Complex, Mediterranean, and elegant on the nose, with notes of citrus, yellow-fleshed fruit, and mineral tones. Vibrant, balanced, and long-lasting on the palate.
