Description
Still organic red wine from Tuscany, 14.5% ABV, 100% Sangiovese. Produced by Il Borro, Ferruccio Ferragamo's estate, which has successfully celebrated the history and traditions of this medieval village. Vintage 2019. A Sangiovese from the Polissena vineyard, a cru that perfectly expresses the varietal's elegance and complexity. It opens with aromas of morello cherry and peony, followed by hints of sandalwood and juniper, followed by black pepper, licorice, and rhubarb. Balanced on the palate, with elegant tannins and a refined finish that leaves the palate perfectly clean.
