Description

K Vintners produces small lots of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and blends of these grapes from single‑vineyard sites, all hand‑harvested, fermented with native yeasts and basket‑pressed. K was also the Rhône‑varietal–focused winery that Charles founded in 1999, producing single‑vineyard Syrah.

Climate The 2022 vintage was a unique year for wine grapes in Washington State. A slow start due to a late spring was balanced by a warm, even summer, ultimately leading to one of the longest autumns we have ever experienced. Our vineyards, which deliver excellent fruit year after year, produced grapes that this season lent themselves to truly special wines. Full‑bodied, bright and beautiful wines with delicious aromatics. We are excited to watch them continue to evolve and bring pleasure for many years to come.
