Organic still red Terre Siciliane IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Gulfi. 100% Nero d'Avola, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Vito Catania and Salvo Foti, who have chosen to showcase Nero d'Avola, Sicily's iconic grape variety. The grapes are harvested in late September. Vinified in red after prolonged maceration on the skins. Aged for at least 12 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux and in bottle for at least 1 year. Ethereal, intense, distinctive, red fruit aromas with hints of vanilla. Deep ruby red color. Elegant, harmonious, and persistent on the palate. A wine that tells the story of a unique territory and a passionate producer.
