Description
Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Noir 2025 by Losito and Guarini, a still red from Lombardy, 13% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir. Destemming and crushing of the grapes with pre-fermentation maceration and macro-oxygenation. Temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Intense and persistent, with hints of wild violet, cherry, berries, floral notes of acacia, white flowers, and spices such as black pepper. Deep, lively ruby red color with a compact and persistent purple mousse. Full-bodied, enveloping, soft, and persistent with a rounded aftertaste and pleasantly structured tannins, fresh and savory. Serve at 14-16°C. International pairings: Escargot à la Bourguignonne (France), Fajitas (Mexico).
