Description
"Ceccante' is the name of a hero of the Tuscan tradition handed down by storytellers. The story goes that he, fleeing from villains after performing a heroic act in favour of the weakest, decided to hide among the rows of grapes, which offered their ripest fruit at that time. It was their sweetness that convinced Ceccante to settle there and continue his deeds in the Maremma. Ceccante is the highest expression of our terroir and the clones were selected in collaboration with the Institut d'oenologie de Bordeaux. Production is lmitated to the best vintages.
