Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Grillesino. 100% Ciliegiolo. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Ciliegiolo born from the passion of Giancarlo and Saverio Notari, who have overseen every stage of production since 1999. The grapes, hand-harvested in the first-second week of September, undergo maceration on the skins for approximately two weeks at 15 degrees C. Aged for six months in stainless steel and two months in bottle. Brilliant, extremely clear ruby red. On the palate, it is harmonious, rich in aromas of ripe cherry and with pleasant notes of small red fruits. Soft and persistent on the palate, it is a fresh, elegant and innovative wine.
