Description
Fortified Port from the Douro, Portugal, 20% ABV, produced by Graham's. Blend: Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Francesa, Touriga Nacional. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. Founded in 1820 by brothers William and John Graham, Graham's Port quickly became known as a producer of exceptional Ports. Aromas of great purity and freshness, revealing blackberry and blackcurrant with a hint of licorice, gradually give way to captivating floral notes of rock rose (cistus) and Graham's signature mint and eucalyptus. Among the delicious black fruit flavors is a captivating hint of exotic fruit, suggesting mango and papaya. The palate is bright and succulent, with peppery tannins providing a touch of seasoning and a wonderful sense of balance. It finishes with a lingering note of black tea.
