Giuseppe Gorelli, oenologist and consultant, decided at the end of 2017 to found a new company in Montalcino.

In this land, where Sangiovese expresses its best qualities, he exclusively cultivates this variety on the north-west side of the hill, to the extent of 4 hectares in production and a further 2.3 hectares in breeding.

Giuseppe Gorelli is always busy conducting both the vineyards and the vinification, which is done in the traditional manner and with spontaneous fermentation. The grapes are mostly fermented in 50-hectolitre wooden vats/bottles.

Subsequently, ageing takes place in medium/large capacity wooden barrels (16/35 hl).
