Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14.5% ABV, produced by Girlan. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that embodies the essence of the terroir, with an intense aroma of nettle and elderberry, typical of this varietal. The minerality and fresh acidity balance the palate with body and aromas. The Girlan winery was founded in 1923, and today approximately 200 winemaking families, spread across approximately 230 hectares of vineyards, work with great dedication and motivation. Aged on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels without malolactic fermentation for 8 months.
