Description
Still red from Trentino Alto Adige, 14.5% vol, produced by Girlan. 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir Riserva born from the passion of a historic winery, founded in 1923. The grapes come from three Pinot Noir subzones: Girlan, Mazon, and Pinzon. After destemming, the must is gravity-fed into steel vats for alcoholic fermentation (20-22 days). Aged for 12 months in barriques (70%) and small 12 hl wooden barrels (30%). The wine is further refined in bottle for 6 months. Characterized by fresh aromas of berries and black cherry. Ruby red color. The wine is elegant and fruity, with very velvety and delicate tannins and a long-lasting finish.
