Description
Alto Adige Pinot Bianco, 13% ABV, produced by Girlan, a historic winery founded in 1923. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A fresh and delicate white that perfectly expresses the characteristics of the grape variety and terroir. The grapes come from vineyards located between 450 and 500 meters above sea level, on mineral-rich soils formed from glacial sediments. Harvesting is done by hand, followed by soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Delicate aromas of apple blossom on the nose. A lively flavor that invites you to drink.
