Description
Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, produced by Girlan, 12.5% ABV, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of around 200 families of winemakers who have cultivated the finest areas of Oltradige and Bassa Atesina for generations. The soil is rich in minerals, formed from glacial sediments. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small containers for transport to the winery. Gentle pressing and racking by natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Notes of ripe white fruit, with hints of peach and apricot, and a lovely floral finish. Bright straw yellow. Soft, refined, elegant, and harmonious.
