Organic rosé sparkling wine made using the classic method, Brut Nature, produced by Il Giardino delle Bolle in Lombardy. No vintage, 0.75L bottle. A classic method that celebrates the excellence and terroir of the Oltrepò Pavese. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, accompanied by notes of toasted bread. Aged for 84 months on the lees. Onion skin pink in color. On the palate, the wine is savory and persistent.
