Description

The Frescobaldi family carefu ly cultivates 300 hectares (741 acres) of olive groves at different altitudes between 200 and 500 meters (650 and 1650 feet). The layers of the terroir and the microclimate a low the olive trees to bear some of the most unique fruit because of the intensity of its nutritional and organoleptic values. In autumn, the olives are picked early in the ripening season, when blushing from green to purple, to capture the emerald-green colour and fresh fl¬avours. The olives are pressed within a few hours from picking, in the Frescobaldi’s mi l, in Caste lo Nipozzano. These two key processes ensure the ideal composition: perfect low acidity, a great aromatic profile and numerous health properties. Ultimately, Frescobaldi makes a rigorous selection and only the finest extra virgin olive is selected to become Laudemio.

The little joys of life, the pleasure of flavours and taste – these are the sensations Tuscany offers, and which Frescobaldi wishes to dedicate to whoever sees in wine a culture beyond the vine and the grape. The dream of my family is to share our work, our emotions and our passion through our wines, to share a life dedicated to understanding and developing these terroirs, inspired by the spirit of Tuscany, the art of what is beautiful and what is good.

One thousand years of family history are a unique and incomparable treasure of knowledge and tradition. It is our duty to share this passion with future generations, passing on our love for these eternal places, these eternal hills.
