Description
It is born from the union of Pinot Meunier, a variety that has found its highest expression in the Valle de la Marne, where the company is located, and Pinot Noir from vineyards of over 40 years cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Champagne Brut Nature "Sérénité" is produced without added sulphites, with a long ripening on yeasts, a period in which it is enriched in terms of olfactory and structural amplitude.
