Still rosé from Provence, 12.5% ABV, produced by Fleurs de Prairie. Blend: 55% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé that celebrates the wildflower fields of Provence, with a pale salmon color and a delicate bouquet. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness in the early morning hours to preserve the maximum expression of the fruit. Produced in the traditional Provençal style, it boasts delicate flavors of strawberry, rose petals, and aromatic herbs, along with a bright, refreshing acidity.
