Description
Che tipo di distillato è
Fior di Limoncello by Terre Cevico is a classic Italian liqueur with a clean, citrus-led profile. Boasting a bright citrine-yellow appearance, it offers an inviting aroma of delicate flowers and the vibrant essence of ripe lemons. The palate is sweet and harmonious, featuring a notably creamy consistency that perfectly balances the zing of fresh lemon zest. This tasting experience concludes with a persistent finish, making it a versatile choice for after-dinner sipping or creative cocktails.
Da dove proviene
Produced in the Emilia-Romagna region by Terre Cevico, this liqueur captures the authentic essence of the Mediterranean. The defining ingredient is Sicilian lemon peel, carefully sourced to ensure the vibrant citrus profile essential to a classic Limoncello. This regional combination elegantly links northern Italian craftsmanship with a distinct Sicilian lemon identity. The resulting spirit maintains a straightforward character, focusing entirely on ripe-lemon intensity, a subtle floral lift, and a sweet, dessert-like balance.
Come viene prodotto
Production relies on a precise infusion of lemon peel, gently extracting the essential oils responsible for the spirit’s natural hue and vivid fragrance. This citrus extract is carefully blended with alcohol, water, and sugar to achieve a beautifully balanced 30% ABV. Left unaged to preserve the clarity of its floral and zesty notes, the liqueur maintains a delightfully mild and sweet profile. Highly recommended as a chilled digestif, it also serves as a versatile addition to fruit sorbets, ice cream, or mixed drinks.
