Description
Organic still white wine from Sicily, produced by Feudo Montoni, a winery with a history dating back to 1469. Vintage 2023, 0.75L bottle. A Grillo that expresses the soul of the Cammarata area, with a winemaking process that respects nature and tradition. On the nose, distinct notes of white peach and medlar, with floral notes of broom, jasmine, and almond blossom on the finish. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the palate, fresh and persistent, with a pronounced acidity well balanced by the alcohol, the finish is mellow and smooth.

The company's philosophy is based on the use of natural forces for wine production: "gravity" as a means of transport, "time" as a refiner, winter and the "mountains" as a refrigerator. Read more
