Description
A still white wine from Campania, 12.5% ABV, produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, founded in 1986 in the hills of Irpinia. Vintage 2024, 0.75L bottle. A wine that embodies Falanghina, a native Campanian grape, with meticulous vinification that enhances its freshness and aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C, with approximately 5-6 months of maturation on its lees and repeated batonnage to resuspend the fine lees. Clear aromas of small white flowers and fruit are evident. Pale straw yellow with bright green highlights. Fresh and smooth.
