Description
Sweet Passito from Irpinia, 13% ABV, produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, 2022 vintage. 100% Fiano. A wine born from the passion of Feudi di San Gregorio, founded in 1986, a symbol of the southern Italian winemaking renaissance. Aged in barrique for 6-8 months and 12 months in bottle. Crystalline golden yellow in color, with evident, soft sensations of dried apricot and small white flowers. On the palate, the varietal's typical silkiness and softness are enhanced by a remarkable acidic and mineral finish. The finish is long and reminiscent of candied citrus, cinnamon, and white peach peel.
