A Chianti Classico Gran Selezione that embodies the history and passion of a family that has been producing excellent wines for generations. From a selection of the finest bunches harvested between September 15th and October 27th, the carefully destemmed grapes are vinified in modern stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for an average of 25-30 days at an average temperature of approximately 26°C. Aged in French oak barriques for approximately 30 months. At the end of the aging period, after a careful selection of the finest barriques, it undergoes a further 6 months of bottle aging. Aromas of wild berries, with blackberry predominating. Intense and concentrated ruby red color. Full-bodied and balanced, with elegant and velvety tannins, it is fresh and lively on the palate, accompanied by a very long finish.
