Description
AOC Champagne, extra brut method, produced by Eric Rodez in the Champagne region. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a complex nose that reveals the winemaker's mastery. Ninth generation! Mickael manages the vineyard and the future of the family tradition. His son, Pol Auguste, will perhaps be the tenth generation. Complex nose, with notes of ripe pear and quince, accompanied by hints of warm brioche. Pale golden color with yellow highlights. On the palate, the wine is ample, fresh, and balanced, with a finish that invites further tasting.
