Wine is "alive" and constantly evolving, so the company has tried to create an ideal space in the cellar that guarantees optimal conditions for vinification and conservation. Aging | In steel for six months. The draft is done in the spring after adding refined cane sugar and yeast. 24 months on the lees and a further 3 months after disgorgement. |
