Description

A still red wine from Sicily DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Donnafugata. 100% Nero d'Avola, a native grape variety that best expresses the character of the Sicilian terroir. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. Sherazade, a wine that expresses Sicily through a signature label reminiscent of the Arabian Nights. Aged for approximately 4 months in tank and then in bottle for at least another 8 months. The nose presents fruity aromas of raspberry and cherry, accompanied by spicy and balsamic notes. Bright ruby red in color with purple highlights. The fruity notes return on the palate; a red that stands out for its softness and freshness. Caressing tannins complete the sensory profile of this wine.
