A still biodynamic white Arbois AOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine André et Mireille Tissot. 100% Savagnin. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that expresses the authenticity of the Jura, with a winemaking method that enhances the characteristics of the grape variety. Manual destemming, 40% maceration on the skins for 6 months in underground amphorae, and the remaining 60% for 3 months in above-ground amphorae. Aged in amphorae and pièces for 10 months. A wine that tells the story of a family that has cultivated this land with passion for years.
