Description
Still white wine from Slovenia, 12% ABV, 100% Ribolla Gialla. Produced by Marjan Simcic, a fifth-generation winemaker in Brda (Collio). 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Ribolla Gialla that celebrates the harmony between tradition and innovation, with a winemaking process that enhances the varietal's characteristics. 2008 marked a turning point for the Marjan Simcic winery, the fifth generation of winemakers since Jožef Simcic purchased the first lands in Brda (Collio) in 1860 and planted the first vineyards. It has a distinctive aroma, with notes of lemon, green apple, citrus, and grapefruit. The color is light yellow with golden highlights. The harmonious acidity, full body, and minerality complement the palate to perfection.
