Description
Still white wine from Alsace, France, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine du Moulin de Dusenbach. 100% Pinot Gris. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Gris born from the passion of a family that has been growing grapes in Alsace for generations. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Golden yellow with bright highlights. Notes of dried fruit, honey, quince, and truffle. Very balanced, with a very fine structure, and a good finish on the palate. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes, white meats, and cheeses.

In 2008, the estate became the property of the Jean and Monique Schwebel family, who favour a qualitative approach to wine that respects people and the environment.
In early 2018, the Domaine decided to join forces with a neighbouring wine estate: Domaine Viticole de la Ville de Colmar.
From now on, this new project will bring together a single estate covering 40 hectares of vineyards offering a diversity of terroirs, geological riches and exceptional exposure. Read more
