Description
Brut sparkling wine made using the ancestral method from Blanquette de Limoux AOC, France, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine de Martinolles. 100% Mauzac. 0.75L bottle. A wine with a long history, having been created by the monks of Saint Hilaire Abbey in 1544, well before Dom Pérignon. Manual harvest. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Bottling during the third moon of March to obtain a natural mousse. Intense, very fruity and floral nose. Beautiful aromas of yellow fruit, heady flowers, and honey. It displays an elegant and harmonious finish.
