Description
Still organic red Bonnes Mares Grand Cru, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine De La Vougeraie in Burgundy. 100% Pinot Noir, 2021 vintage. A Grand Cru that expresses the excellence of Burgundy, with a history dating back to 1964. Harvested in September. 100% whole grapes, unpressed and vinified by gravitation. No added yeast. Maceration: pre-fermentation, cold (12.5 degrees C) for 5 days. Length of maceration: 21 days. Aged 16 months in oak barrels (40% new) + 1 month in steel tanks. Bouquet with aromas of berries, accompanied by spicy notes. Ruby red color. On the palate, the wine is balanced and has a very long finish.
