Still white wine from the Loire, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Pouilly-Fumé that embodies the essence of Sauvignon Blanc, with its freshness and minerality. Robert Poirier founded the "La Renardière" estate near a small forest where foxes lived, hence the name. Gradual pneumatic pressing. Thermo-regulated fermentation for 3 weeks. Aged for 12 months to perfect its finesse. Fresh floral aromas with hints of blackcurrant leaf and citrus. Pale straw yellow. Mineral, fresh, and concentrated fruit with a long finish.
