Description
A young vineyard, planted in Syrah, which grows on the slopes of the Ruisseau de la Vie, “Stream of Life” (Rec del Vie in the Languedoc dialecte).
There is a purity of the varietal associated with this plot that is unveiling an elegant personality, even in its youth.
This wine is balanced, accurate and refreshing that accompanies all meats and roasts.
