Where it comes from
This rosé from the Tuscany region originates from vineyards located between Bolgheri and Castagneto, a coastal area renowned for its deep winemaking tradition. The Della Gherardesca estate interprets the territory, giving the wine a clear and direct character. The influence of the coastline ensures marked vitality, reflecting the characteristics of the area through a modern and defined oenological perspective.
How it is produced
Sibilla is made from Aleatico grapes, carefully vinified to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the brilliance of its colour. Its slender structure ensures optimal development, guaranteeing a longevity of 3-5 years. Ideal when served between 10 and 12 °C, this wine pairs elegantly with cheese selections, lean fish dishes, sushi and shellfish, balancing the palate with its natural savouriness.

A vivid example of this bond is the Castle of Castagneto Carducci, a symbol of Tuscan values and beauty, an area where the family began practising rational viticulture as early as the 1600s, investing in the creation of vineyards between Bolgheri and Castagneto.
This bond now takes concrete form in the birth of a collection bearing the ‘della Gherardesca’ signature, the result of a meeting between Gaddo della Gherardesca and Prosit Group, with the aim of narrating Tuscany through different perspectives and territories, through a contemporary and original approach in the style of the wines and in the identity of the brand.
There are four wines in the collection: the ‘Gaddo’, Bolgheri Rosso with an elegant and convivial character. A rosé with a strong personality, called "Sibilla". The Vermentino "Le Vedute" in all its modernity. The Brunello di Montalcino, a great Tuscan classic, could not be missing. Read more
