Carato Bianco is produced with a careful selection of grapes from our vineyards, with soft pressing, and fermentation in 225 and 300 l oak barriques. Maturation lasts 10 months with wine lees ' batonnage ' throughout the period.

It all began in 1983 in Losone, in the heart of Ticino: a land where the mild microclimate and rich soil offered the best fruits and allowed the company to produce top quality wine. Over the years, the Angelo Delea wines & spirits company has gradually evolved while maintaining high quality standards, as evidenced by numerous awards. Today it has become an innovative and spectacular company with a team of over 40 people.
20 hectares of cultivated vineyards and about 200 winegrowers ensure the production of a range of fine wines such as Diamante, Merlot Carato, Carato Riserva, Carato Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Apocalisse, chiar di luna and sparkling wines such as Charme, Charme Rosé and Noir, reaching a quantity of over 600,000 bottles per year. Our aim is to offer an exciting, unique and memorable experience with every single sip of wine.
The family approach of our company and the constant presence of Angelo, David and Cesare also allow us to offer guests guided tours through the production facility, which includes the wine shop, distillery and balsamic vinegar production facilities. Angelo Delea Wines & Distillates presents one of the most important companies in Ticino and all of Switzerland.
