Description
A classic method brut rosé sparkling wine from Champagne, France. Produced by Delarocque. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a persistent perlage and an antique pink color with amber highlights. The red fruits surprise both the nose and the palate with their aromatic intensity and the spiciness of the strawberry and raspberry, which coexist perfectly with the peach and give the palate a refined and silky freshness. Maison Delarocque, located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, home of great champagnes, selects the finest grapes through traditional manual harvesting.

Pairings
Every year during the harvest we select the best grapes that the land offers us through a manual and traditional harvesting method handed down from generation to generation. The bunches are picked only if they have reached the correct ripeness and their integrity is preserved during transport. In most cases, we use grapes from ultra-centennial vines to give the wine greater taste and expression. Read more
