Still organic red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12% ABV, produced by Daniel Sigmund. 100% Pinot Noir, 2023 vintage. A Pinot Noir born from the passion of a producer who has chosen to follow in his family's footsteps. Cold maceration, 20% whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation, malolactic fermentation. Aged 11 months in used barriques, 5 months in stainless steel. A wine that expresses the finesse and elegance of Pinot Noir, with an intense color and a complex bouquet.

Why abnormal? In 1978, it wasn't entirely normal for my youngest son, my grandfather Albino, to take over the farm. Even in 2006, it wasn't a given that my forty-year-old mother, Fiorina, would continue to run the business, because her brother wasn't interested.
