Pairings
The company was founded at the end of the nineties by incorporating old holdings of uncultivated and wooded land. In this countryside the Antonioli family decided to cultivate their own vineyards but safeguarding the enormous biodiversity that characterizes this area. For this reason, the company conducts its vineyards entirely with organic methods, respecting tradition and our land.
Cultivating BIO means taking care of the soil and the various environmental resources. Treating with products of natural origin we aim to recreate a balanced and fertile environment, which through the presence of useful organisms can be ideal for the development of the vine. All this allows to obtain quality grapes that are the basis for the production of wines of high typicality and naturalness. Read more
