Description
Still rosé from Lazio, 12% ABV, produced by the Cotarella family (Tenuta Montiano). Blend: 92% Merlot, 8% Aleatico, 2024 vintage. A rosé born from the passion and expertise of the Cotarella family, with a careful approach to sustainability and the valorization of the local area. Cold maceration for 2 hours at 10°C for the Merlot, and for 1 hour at 10°C for the Aleatico. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for 12 days. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in stainless steel in contact with its fine lees. The blending process then takes place.
