Description
Still white wine from Lazio, produced by Famiglia Cotarella (Tenuta Montiano), 13% ABV, 100% Roscetto, 2020 vintage. A wine that expresses the elegance of the Lazio region, with careful vinification that enhances its varietal characteristics. The grapes undergo cold maceration, and the first part of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats at a temperature of 13-15 degrees C. The second part of the alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques, where the wine continues to evolve for 4 months. Aged in barriques for 4 months, then in bottle. It presents a rich array of aromas, from banana to pineapple, from vegetal to vanilla. It is powerful, rich, smooth, and full-bodied, with an excellent and long finish.
