Description
Ischia DOC still white wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Costa Delle Parracine - Feudi San Gregorio. 100% Biancolella, 2024 vintage. A wine born from a passion for the Ischia region, with a history rooted in the magnificent 1878 cellar, entirely excavated from the green tuff of Mount Epomeo. Fermentation in steel tanks at 18-20°C. Aged for approximately 4 months in steel tanks on its lees. Minimum 1 month in bottle. Aromas of white fruit and fennel, lemon blossom, and citrus notes. Bright straw yellow color. Expressive and territorial, soft on the palate, with a balanced savory flavor and mineral notes.
