Description
It comes exclusively from a very small area of about 106 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Valdobbiadene, where, thanks to the composition of the soil formed by moraines, sandstone and clay and the favourable microclimate, Prosecco DOCG reaches its maximum expression and refinement. This wine takes its name from the geographical area in which it is produced, which is called Cartizze, which is why its exact name is "Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore di Cartizze".
