Description
Brut Champagne, Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru, produced by Colin Champagne. 0.75 L bottle. A unique sensory experience that begins with mature and complex notes, a prelude to an explosion of aromas. The nose reveals aromas of ripe wheat, fresh straw, yellow fruit, pear, bergamot, and spices. A hint of exotic fruit adds a fabulous complexity of pineapple, mango, and barley syrup. The attack is delicious, full-bodied, and sparkling, with red citrus notes. The characteristic salinity of the chalky terroir is evident on the palate. Notes of spice, licorice, ginger, blond orange, and mandarin make this cuvée original and sharp.
