Description
Organic pas-dosé sparkling wine from the Bordeaux region of France, produced by Chateau Rioublanc. Blend: 50% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon, 15% Colombard. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bordeaux born from the passion of a family that has been producing high-quality organic wines since 2012. The wine is made without added sulfites and is unfiltered. The nose presents distinct notes of apple, rose petals, and honey, along with hints of brioche. Straw yellow with golden highlights. The palate is quite lively (at zero dosage) with a character that enhances the minerality.
