Description
Still red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cembra Cantina di Montagna (La Vis). 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Pinot Noir born on the rugged terraces of the Cembra Valley, where heroic viticulture is at its best. Cold maceration for a few days, fermentation in amphorae, wooden barrels, and stainless steel tanks with frequent punching down to extract aromas and color. Aged in small French oak barrels for 12 months. On the nose, it expresses all its complexity and elegance, revealing notes of black and red fruit with nuances of licorice and black pepper. Intense ruby red color. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with a hint of freshness and soft tannins that make it a wine of great balance.
