A sparkling rosé made using the Charmat method from Emilia-Romagna, produced by Castello Montesasso. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75 l bottle. A Prelude inspired by musical inspiration, serving as a symphonic introduction, just as our Spumante Rosé can be at the start of a convivial gathering, the first of many toasts. Hand-harvested in September. Long Charmat vinification. Obtained using the natural fermentation method in a closed autoclave. Aged for 9 months, 6 of which in autoclave on the lees and 3 in bottle. A full-bodied and intense bouquet with notes of rose petals and wild strawberries. A bright antique pink color. A sparkling wine with a distinct freshness, with hints of red fruits and notes of bread crust. A rosé that captivates with its freshness and versatility, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.

With a high density of rooted cuttings per hectare, the aim is to increase the root competition between the plants, have a lower vegetative growth and obtain a better quality production.
The vine is Sangiovese, a clone that has been the subject of decades of studies by our Agronomist Dr. Remigio Bordini, whose peculiarities are the sparse bunch (minute, elongated and with small berries) that have a lower impact with fungal diseases, and emphasizes the content of sugars and coloring substances enhancing the levels of scent and flavor.
