Description
Valpolicella Ripasso DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Riondo, with Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, 2022 vintage. A Venetian red made using the "Ripasso" technique, where fresh Valpolicella is refermented on the Amarone pomace. On the nose, aromas of red fruits. On the palate, the wine is soft, savory, and enveloping. Aged in oak barrels, this wine is dry and full-bodied, with complex aromas of cherry, red fruits, and spices.
