Description
A dry still white wine from the Marche region, 12.5% ABV, produced by CasalFarneto. 100% Passerina, a native grape variety that best expresses the terroir. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born of passion and sustainability, with grapes grown in a hilly area between the sea and the Apennines. The winemaking process involves soft pressing of the bunches and subsequent temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged for three months in stainless steel and one month in bottle. Characteristic varietal aroma, quite intense and persistent, with notes of white flowers and yellow fruit. Straw yellow in color. It is an elegant and very pleasant wine with a typical varietal flavor, quite smooth, with good acidity, fresh, balanced, and harmonious.
